“Welcome to Junior Coaching at Edgbaston Golf Academy! I'm proud to lead a fun, inclusive, and professional coaching environment tailored specifically for young golfers of all ages and abilities. Whether your child is picking up a club for the first time or looking to sharpen their skills, we offer personalised 1:1 coaching, a monthly 'Course Ready' programme to build on-course confidence, exciting school holiday camps, and free taster sessions to get them started. Our goal is to inspire a love for the game and help every junior golfer reach their full potential in a supportive and engaging setting.”

1:1 Coaching 

Give your child the ultimate coaching experience with dedicated 1:1 lessons from our PGA-qualified professionals. Tailored to their age, ability, and goals, these sessions fast-track progress, boost confidence, and make learning golf fun and engaging. All equipment provided - perfect for beginners or aspiring young players.

  • Our junior coaching is suitable for all abilities, including complete beginners from the age’s of 4-16. We offer a number of different coaching options to suit your age and ability.

  • If they have their own equipment great, bring it along! If not, no problem, we can provide everything and then give the best advice when they are ready for their own.

  • All of our PGA coaches and qualified, fully DBS checked and England Golf SafeGolf registered.

  • Lessons prices vary depending on options:

  • Absolutely! We have a thriving junior section at Edgbaston Golf Club, with regular group coaching sessions and competitions. We have a clear path from beginners to competition golfer.
